Walking/hiking routes

The Water-Walking-World walking route Leudal offers an adventurous trip through a varied landscape of the Leudal nature reserve in the municipality of the same name. The nature reserve, located on the western side of the river Meuse, is characterised by height differences that make the walk a sporting challenge.

Streams and the St.Ursula mill

The route follows the course of Tungelroysebeek and later Zelsterbeek, passing stream valleys and meadows. Along the way, you pass the historic St. Ursula Mill and enjoy the panoramic view from Litsberg. On a hilltop you will find the St. Servaas Chapel, surrounded by acacias.

Interesting stops on the walking route Leudal

The Kloosterhof St. Elisabeth and the forest café Busjop are other interesting stops on the route. You then walk through an impressive heath landscape and past the De Bedelaar estate. The walk ends in the Langven, an area with meadows and pastures.
